Hello, I’m Gary Mech, founder of  REI Help Center.  

I am a resident of Atlanta, GA for over 20 years and have held senior executive corporate positions in the past. My more recent experience in real estate investment made me realize that ordinary people really need trusted real estate advice navigating what are often a complex and sometimes stressful buy and sell property situations. 

For instance people facing foreclosure first need a safe affordable place to live for themselves and their families, at the same time they need to do their best save their credit while handing the foreclosure issue. A completely different situation may involve inheriting a property which sounds great, but can quickly become a financial or management burden, we can help people make the best out of their situation. Just simply selling a property can be stressful, some hard-to-sell properties sit on the market for months and people need help to move on with their lives.

These situations need real life experience and a very thorough knowledge of the subject matter to be effective. In addition you need the ability to communicate constructively with attorneys, banks, financial advisors, real estate agents, contractors and investors on behalf of the homeowner’s. People are looking for personalized real estate marketing strategies and real estate investment strategies.
